In the 35 years that I've been writing and publishing books, many friends and acquaintances have asked me to help them with their writing. I found early on that I loved working on other peoples' manuscripts, loved helping them find their individual authorial voice, loved nurturing their personal style and helping them to improve the logic, clarity, and precision of their sentences.
